Re: More from Craigslist

Brian, that is the 759 that was in West Port, hour north of me. The gentleman that owned it traded it for a Pete dump about two years ago. I lost track of it when he sold it until a week ago on craigslist! Originally a 6-71 truck, now has a Cummins painted red, an 8LL and IH rears. Thinkn' someone d...

Re: Are fiberglass fenders available for a 758?

Al has retired and no longer owns the molds. I purchased the grill molds and headlight bezel molds from him. I have expressed an interest to the current owner of the fender molds to take on the work of doing the fenders. The same folks that use my molds to make the grills made the fenders and grills...

760 moving a Mack

I recently meant Rico Petrossi who's father, Ray owned this 760. Ray was leased onto Keen Transport of Carlisle PA. The truck had a 290 Cummins. He knows the loader was in Illinois and the haul truck was leaving PA. It doesn't get any better!

Re: Red, White & Blue

Joe, when the truck was new it was a chemical fire truck in the port of New Jersey. Owned by Stanard oil company, SOCONY. The roof has been raised as well as the cab back has no window and is much wider. It isn't a live tandem, but has a Trucktor chain drive rear axle. CR
