Got my belts straightened out for the fan. They have never run true since I put things together. Had to drill the holes to 5/8 in the mount to tweak the base. My fuel pressure gauge arrived today. All digital with sending unit at pump. Teltek is the manufacturer and goes to 300 psi. I think my rail pressure will be around 216 psi. Nice set up , wall phone style connection on gauge so you can remove dash. Pump is off waiting for my dual feed kit to heads.( easier to install with pump off) Pyro is all mounted , may need to get new gauge cause mine won't zero out but will figure that out once running.

Bottom pic. We found valve tolerances to tight.
So I decided that since we were this far and easy i would do injectors. Glad we did . In the top pic you can see the crap on the screen. All new installed just waiting for 3 small orings for jakes. Sounds very strong.

Typical for cummins not to have this old stuff in stock. Have to go get it tomorrow morning and Sam and I will finish it up. Sounds strong and responsive.

Well I picked up the orings and other stuff and we started to put the Jake's on and realised I had the wrong gaskets. So after a quick call to another company in the area that has a lot of 855's and pizza and wings we where able to reinstall them. Once on we found that my snugging and Sam's snugging are different. So we pulled Jake's back off and went thru all valve and injector settings. Readjusted and installed Jake's. All I have to do is valve covers and and air pressure regulator to fool aniroid. Sam was a very good teacher. My daughter Alexandra came down and Sam explained what he was found and why. She got to do torque wrench and feeler gauge.
