Balancing the Roster

Postby FirstEliminator » Sat Jan 21, 2017 9:55 pm

A dump truck has been on my list for me to perform all the work I'd like to accomplish between my house and shop.

I've been looking for a decent low priced Brockway dump for quite a while. Just missed that blue one in Stamford, CT. Yesterday I decided to take "Brockway" out of my dump truck search. I found a good 1960 Mack B-613-SX. I went down this morning took a look and came home with the title. The truck will be delivered this week. Now I have 3 Brockways and 2 Macks.
It's gonna take some practice with the 20 speed. Now, I just need to get a CDL. Anyone know of a way to fast-track obtaining a CDL in Massachusetts?

No such thing as fast tracking a CDL in Mass, unless you know somebody way up on the food chain. It has become a cash cow for the state, at least 3 attempts before you pass. I hate to say it but school is the only real good way of getting it on your first or second try.
