761 floor pans

I'm looking for the best replacement solution for the floor pans on a '77 Brock 761 with Mack R model cab. Not enough metal left to do a decent patch job on the old ones.

Find an r model donor, center section is removable other than that it is cut out and weld in. Getting hard to get r model stuff from mack also.
