This truck is approx. 11 miles from my mother-in-law's house. But work prevents me from going up there and looking at it for anyone.

Scissor lift dump truck. Sounds interesting. When I lived in Florida, roofers had used those quite a bit.

Nah. I wrote some questions to the seller. He said it has too much rust on it and wouldn't suggest driving it a couple hundred miles. I'd have to take it 700 miles. Plus he said the body is only scissor lift and does not dump.
My best bet is to work on the projects I have instead of adding to the already unfinishable list.

I can see that it does not dump although it looks like it started life as a soft coal truck. They cut down sides and installed the scissor lift. You cannot have both scissor lift and end dump. Joe D.

Owner says too much rust from what I can see cab roof looks good fenders are not hanging on,grill shell and bumper look good. Unless you have use for a scissor dump it looks to me worth making an offer after a trip to wild,wonderful West Virginia. Just remember the movie Deliverance if you go after dark. Joe D.

I did not get to go and look at it I got too busy with some other things at the house but knowing the area it is only maybe 80 miles from my place in WV I could send my sister to really look at it for all of us but from the pictures I would not be a bet afraid to drive it to my place in PA
