As I mentioned here earlier. I injured my shoulder @ work and maybe out of work til next year. I hate to part with this one too. I bought this from Diamondmike. It is a great truck for its age and never being restored. Mike had stored it inside and just as i did when i got it from him til recently. Started life as a P.B. Mutrie Road Tractor, unit #564. 1968 White 4000. 6-71 Detroit, Rt-915 W/PTO (wetline). 10x22 tires on 34k velvetride. 11x24.5 steers. I have a set of NOS painted (black) WHITE mirrors and brackets. (WHITE is stamped on the back of mirrors) still in the box. I have the WHITE owners manual that has detailed info from the manufacturers ( Detroit, Eaton-Fuller, Bostrom, etc.) plus 2 White 4000 Brouchers. $3250 or B/O. Email kmaslyn1@yahoo.com

Looking good Kyle!! That tractor was a blast to drive, with the 238 and Riker muffler it turned a few heads going down the road.

You are right on about that Mike. It's a very tight truck with a nice little bark to her. Just like it was probably 44 yrs ago when new. In fact I was surprized @ how well it run and drove home (346mi). Oh and BTW that draining battery issue was from a sticky foot valve. I had it put away all winter never charged the battery and fired on second revolution this spring
