Hello my friends, I guess it's been a couple weeks since my last update.
Finally got doors complete. It feels good to have everything working smooth.
Cab lights are on and working on air horn. Mirror and brackets are on.
Hopefully next week will have sleeper primed and painted.
Thanks for looking! Tony

Hello again, today I put 3 coats primer on sleeper hopefully next week if I feel good I will paint it.
 Then the next thing I have to figure out is getting it up onto the 358
Still have a long way to go but moving along at a slow pace.
Thanks for looking, Tony

Thanks Paul, no I am not dealing with the black this time I had such a hard time with it.
I will be painting the sleeper all silver then add some pin striping to it. Tony

Here it is Saturday afternoon, about 1 p.m. just came in from the shop spent 4 1/2 hours in there this morning. My helper and I put down three coats of silver and three coats of clear. And I still have the rest of the day to go Park my butt in the lounge chair and take a nap.
 Thanks for looking Tony

  ha ha ha ha thanks guys
Sleeper update. This is a when I could of used six hands to install the rubber boot.
Was able to find cylinder locks at Home Depot, which was easy with a little bit of drilling and modification.
Like all projects they come apart easy, and then take so many hours to put it back together meaning the interior and about 200 screws.
 Costing me $200 to rent a HI-LOW to pick up the sleeper and set it on the chassis.
:D That's the price I have to pay for living in paradise. Thanks for looking, Tony

No Tom! Did not cut cab I decided I was not going to cut the cab just in case I sell the truck and somebody want to remove the sleeper!
Have side door, if I want to go inside.

Tony

Big day today! My friend Ron and his family stopped by to have lunch with us.
He owns a sign company and in the back of his pickup he had a sign Jack!
Never seen one before he uses it for his work to install signs goes up 16 feet
Even though I wasn't 100% ready for the sleeper to be put on the truck
I took advantage of his help and in less than an hour we had it on the back of the 358
That was the easy part. Now I have to bolt it down and paint the chassis.
An I saved $200 can't ask for a better day. Thanks for looking Tony
