One of my aluminum fuel tanks came with an aluminum Velvac fuel cap, part number 68G-3. (It may actually be 68G-3A) I am trying to find another one... Velvac only offers brass caps now (with the same part number) Here are a few pics...

Tom, I have one of those also for my aluminum tanks. I have been looking for another. I have plenty of "round" ones i was going to use if I couldn't fine one like that. Let me look around.

Tom - I polished the brass ones to a high shine and they look pretty good too! They cam out almost gold and match the dog!

Stan, Great minds think alike!! I was about to suggest that as well but an aluminum cap may polish up really well too!!
