The biggest issue you will have will be the differences in frame heights. On my Dad's 361, his rails are 9" tall and we used a donor Neway air ride from a Ford which had 10" tall trails (which is common for newer trucks). We needed to run the crossmembers from the Ford and I had to notch the front one to clear the rail.

I am not sure how tall your rails are, but they are 8" tall on my 155W. So you have have issues with the differences in rail heights.

Hi Green Horn
I put an air ride on my 361 that was a z leaf system off from a Volvo. The frame hieght was different but was not an issue with that set up. Installation went quite smoothly and it works like a charm.

I have stripped the system off the western star, it is made by hendrickson and it appears that it wont be an issue. We even got the load controle valve and tested the setup off the truck and it appers to be working, don't know when we will install it.
