Brockway Husky Drive Sighting!

Postby Brockway POWER » Sun Sep 02, 2007 4:16 pm

Just got back from the ATHS show in Harford PA, Endless Mountain Chapter, great showing for Brockways, almost like a mini Cortland! Below are some picks of an old Brockway dump with Husky Drive badging...authentic? You be the judge.

An fake? The truck did not have an Eaton multi - speed rear. Only one dog on top, but a nice old Brockway. Stan 8)

Yeah, I was tempted to climb on the trailer to see if there was a second mounting bracket.

Based on my conversation with Stan, that truck had a grill cut down from a 359. It also have 359 fenders with the pieces filled in to fit the 361. The frame was also cut off under the cab it replaced with something completely different.

We tried to find a serial number but there was no tag under the glove box. We also checked the gusset on the driver side but it was repaired at one time with a piece of 1/4" steel. Couldn't find anything on the frame either.
