Last week I visited a boneyard not far from me to look at at 671 with a turbo... I went a friend of mine who knows the yard fairly well. I knew there was a 758 stored in this yard for a number of years so when I asked him about it he knew right where it was... It's really grown in and I was luck to stand back far enough to grab this pic. Unfortunately the serial number was long gone...

I can remember seeing that truck around Scranton Pa in the eighties, and possibly even into the nineties. It was pretty sharp in it's day. Too bad it's just rusting away now.

Tom that 758 was owned by John DonVito he had a small fleet of trucks. His son was in the business also. Both have passed away. The son at about 62 years old. I was in the Barber Shop in Moscow a few weeks ago and an Old Timer was there wearing a Brockway Hat. I struck up a small conservation about Brockways and he told me his son owned DonVito's 758.He had no where tostore so he had the yard where it is now tow it and unfortunately he lost it to the storage bill.If I remember correctly it had a Cummins 290,I forgot what trans. Joe D.

I did express some interest in buying parts off of it and they do not want to sell anything just yet...
