I sent in a request at the end of Sep. and they said 2 months . I didn't end up with the truck so I canciled the request, so I only know what they said, no experence. Sounds like it's due any day.

Thru the years I requested 4 build sheets from the Mack Museum and they always honored my request in a timely manner usually 2 months as they explained they were busy with lots of inquiries. I do not know of any other manufacturer that kept such accurate records for their vehicles. Joe D.

We sent in for at least 8 or so build sheets and most came back in 2 months or so!! One was longer! and one had no record ! Must have been lost or not recorded! I think the curators at Mack museum might be volunteers ! Try sending them a E-Mail or drop a card in the mail to remind them!
Good luck ! Tomcat 361 Oldspwr

be patient, they will eventually get to you. they are only there on tuesdays and thursdays and i think they handle all the mack call ins aswell. there is a gap of info lost forever (museum moved a few times and i think there was a fire) from around 1920-1940ish. i have 2 trucks that will forever be unknown of its original history.
