Here is another pic I found I flickr... It was posted by PACarhauler. In the post he mentions that the trucks were sitting alongside route 272S in Lancaster but are now long gone.

They were old RUFFALO tractors from Newark NY. Your dad remembers them, Tom. Ray H. (DOUBLEDOG) Had one. My dad worked there for a short time. Almost everything they had were 200 series with Cummins (the ones with Continentals were converted to Cummins). I remember the 361, I believe they had 2 or 3 of them. And had 2 or 3 B-61's Macks. Nick Santini owned the company @ that time. The B models were chromed up as well as the 361's. the 200's were plain, but all looked beautiful with their dark blue cabs and red frames and wheels and silver rims. My Dad's tractor was K-1 a 257 with a 250 cummins and a 16spd air Spicer, the only one he said that had it in the fleet (16spd). It was the first 257 i was ever in. I remember so well like it was yesterday, the green interior, the black steering wheel, the bright map lights, the smell of the cummins burnin fuel, and the 35' ragtop he was pullin

Definitely the same company. 170 still has Herr's Motor Express on the door.
