Thanks Adam, Took picture of Brockway logo from my hat and went to sign company had magnetic signs made for the doors.
Magnetic signs were $67 and art work was $25
:?: As for the 358 going to Cortland this year is still a? :?:
I am still several thousand dollars away from completion.
There is always hope. That's what keeps me going forward.
Thanks Tony

Tony, a neighbor wants me to take a truck to Stamford, Ct. and pick two back. I might have space on my trailer, If you have someone near I-95 were I can drop your truck. With the price of fuel I know that migth be your biggest concern. Let me know if I can help.

Here is an update on the 358 sand blasting old grease from chassis will be painting this weekend.
 Never thought that 40 years worth of dry grease could be so hard to get off it is a hard job. Thanks for looking Tony

Thanks Tom for the kind words.
I think I have more time into cleaning chassis than any other part of the truck that I worked on. It is so time consuming.
:| I brought it to a point and I'm stopping now.
:D I started to put paint on and that is even hard for an old man that I am. I have to lie down and shoot in all directions.
 After I get a couple of coats of paint on I think I will have it looking pretty good. Thanks for looking Tony

Hey Tony the truck is looking great thanks for posting updates. I enjoy seeing the progress :D . The strangest thing the other day after jumping on and checking if any body posted any updates I was sitting @ my kitchen table feeding my daughter ,I heard a truck coming sounded good only saw it out of the corner of my eye and it looked just like your truck . I almost thought you might have drove her up to NY :D .Then I thought about it for a second and said na it couldnt have been him . Who knows maybe somebody up here In Ny has truck with a black cab and a sliver sleeper . Thought I might share that with you .

Happy Friday morning to you all. Looks like everybody had a good time and now you have to put your dogs back to sleep again.
 Hopefully some of you will have new ideas and share with us on the website.
In till then here is an update on the 358.
Picked up foil back insulation for doghouse and some 3M super 77 contact cement.
Be careful this stuff will glue your fingers together.
Thanks for looking Tony

Looks good Tony... If you want to Dynamat some parts of the truck, I understand that Lowes or Home Depot sells something similar called Peal and Seal and its a fraction of the cost.

For the past two days have been working on the floor of the 358 installing installation and carpeting.
Had some sill plates left over from one of cars could you tell by looking at it what car it came out of?
Thanks for looking Tony

Hello!!
We last left off insulating doghouse floor and carpeting. I really took my time and did it the best I can to have it is quiet as possible, which it turned out to be better than I expected. With the seats back in the truck, Terry and I are ready to go out grocery shopping.
 Thanks for looking Tony
