The owner of Blue Line was Reggie Goddard and if I am seeing correctly, that's him with the bow tie.

Anybody remember Highway Materials out of Groton, NY?? Hauled Rock Salt all over the NE for Highway departments. Hauled bagged and bulk from Lansing NY salt mines under Cayuga Lake. Had lots of Brockways.

Could those trucks be Vineland Transit Mix (Vineland NJ) ? They had red trucks with a similar round logo and the owners name was Romano.
