Re: Brockway cab compared to a Mack cab

It actually fit pretty well. Had to trim some of the seems where they are jointed together. I left the doors mounted on purpose so when I put up the new roof and back panel I could shut them to test out the fit.

Re: Brockway cab compared to a Mack cab

There is alot of measuring involved and writing down with a drawing but I ended up using a mack DM roof and back of cab and splicing them in. My floor was good in the Brockway so it was a pretty easy job. Less time consuming comparing to replacing panels. This job took about 3 days to do it.

Re: Brockway cab compared to a Mack cab

You guys have alot of good ideas. If you have a good Brockway firewall to start with, it will be very easy to cut floor and windshield posts.

Re: part numbers

I dont have a part number but the mack DM round cab mounts are the closest thiing you can get. I recently changed them in a truck and it worked well for the back and the front.

N360TL for sale

Very crusty 360. cab is wooped, but the roof is good. go figure. its really just the floors and back of cab, could be fixed, but a cab replacment would be easier. fenders are dented real bad but I have fiberglass 300 fenders that I could throw in the deal. Single frame. Pretty light duty tractor. Go...

Re: Brockway at auction coming up!!!

Bottom line is your statement of the cleanest truck in 5 years is ridiculous plane and simple.I've seen many trucks around here that are FAR better.Work trucks, some sitting,of course all at the big show.Sure there are worse out there, but many better. And I did describe this truck front to back for y...

Re: Brockway at auction coming up!!!

Brockdriver... With as many negative things you have to say on this truck, I find it hard to believe you even like Brockways. Maybe you think restored trucks are going for $3000.00 these days. If RZ says that truck is decent, then im sure it is. He has seen enough 700 series trucks to know. Maybe y...

Re: Brockway at auction coming up!!!

Im not quite sure what you are trying to prove to people on this site there Brockdriver, all i asked was what your definition of crusty is, and you decide to make some lame joke about what I have for sale. So if thats your definition of crusty, then ill admit, yes the last truck I had for sale recen...

Good used 300 series front floor mat

I have a 300 series floor mat thats in decent shape. It came out of a 2 stick truck so there is two shift holes in the center, and a touch of dry rot in the center also. It can be made due for a 360 or 361 but would work perfect for a 358 or 359 because once you cut the center for the dog house, the...

Re: Brockway at auction comming up!!!

Im still waiting for your definition of crusty. Because if this 761 is crusty, then you better buy a completely restored truck. I looked at this 761, its the cleanest one that has popped up in the last 5 years. Dane has the last super clean and rust free truck that ive seen. They all have issues, bu...
