Brian-------Actually they were discreet ,nothing like the "housewives" on TV , but Dave's wife thought the ladies were skanky ? They just showed up with their significant other ,and I got thinking................Why not recruit them for a photo shoot ? Good memories for this old man !

Did Dave ever share the pictures I took of the local housewives sitting on the fenders in that residential area during that rescue ? I convinced them it was a re-enactment of the Overdrive cover pictures ,or a typical Peterbilt ad back in the day .

Peterbilt used the truck style manifolds that tucked inside the frame rails,where Kenworth used industrial manifolds with a vertical up outlet on their conventionals . Exhaust pipe had a crazy 180* bend to tuck the pipes back down under the cab . On the K 100 COE KW used typical end outlet manifolds...

What was it ? The Husky Pup ? Met Brud at the Pocono racetrack in about '83 when they had drag races and a truck show plus time trials prior to the race on Sunday . He was dragging the Pup . Several years later visited him when he moved to Fonda .
