Another great talent lost! I proudly have a Kroak built model of my "Black Mariah" MH 9500 GMC, given to me a few years ago by the NEO chapter. Used it in a family picture in church directory, they thought kids and older members would bring toys and golf clubs. Ha !

GMC used that remote style pressure valve in the '50s . My model 350 with 248 cube engine for 1953 had that setup . Never found out who the supplier might have been, although Harrison Radiator was a division . A radiator shop should be able to get them .

As a caution, weren't PTO gear pitch changes made 10-15 years ago ? Possibly for noise reduction. Not saying anybody couldn't change the drive gear to match pitch on older transmissions .

There was a similar KW with 3408 Cat near East Springfield,NY a few years ago . Seems it was wider than 102".

I think any double reduction gear set will stand more input torque. It used to be the standard spec for City of Cleveland , but we got it changed as with an Allison you don't get the shock loads on the drive line .
