I adjusted the time of the message board - try again to see if the time is correct. On the first home screen in the top left corner will show what time it is - if this isn't your correct time you have to adjust your time zone in your user control panel.

Your wish is my command.

Not sure if it has anything to do with it but I placed a 1mb file size limit on attachments - check the file size of the image you are trying to attach... if its more than 1mb it will not allow you to attach and upload it.

Other than that I'm not sure what the problem might be.
